What are the payment options available at OFFlimits by MAPS?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, and PayPal.
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with an order number.
How does order cancellation works?
If you decide you no longer want to receive the product and the shipment hasn’t been sent yet, it is possible to refund the amount to the credit card. To do so, please contact offlimitsbymaps@gmail.com and explain the reason you want the refund.
What is the processing time?
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
