Exchange policy
Thank you for choosing OFFlimits by MAPS for your latest denim purchase. We hope you loved them. If for some reason you purchased an item and you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly exchange it for you.
Below are the steps for your item exchange:
1) E-mail OFFLimits by MAPS at offlimitsbymaps@gmail.com including your full name, address, email, phone number, order number, and the item that will be exchanged. We won’t accept the returned item without a written e-mail confirming the exchange.
The exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the date your order was shipped.
Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2) After receiving the notification about your item exchange, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location.
3) Once we receive your item, our quality inspection team will notify you if your request was accepted or declined. This process can take up to 3 business days. OFFLimits by MAPS will email you a coupon with the full amount that can be used to purchase a new item. The coupon has an expiration date of 90 days after it has been created.
Sale items are non-exchangeable.
